How to order an Iron Door
Our technicians visit your home to take measurements and check the type of structure in the front of your house.
Pick your design from a vast variety fully customizable or send us a sketch or a photo of the door of your dreams.
Ask for a quote or browse our directory, we have plenty of extraordinary designs some of them on sale.
Starting with a 50% deposit we’ll submit a drawing within 2 business days addressing your doors details.
Sign and return the drawing with all the correct measurements, all specifications and your desired design to follow up the ordering process.
You can also receive samples for details such as glass and other accents for your doors
All along the manufacturing process you will receive photos and updates of your order, all with goal of informing you in detail
Upon completion we will send you photos of the final product and a form requesting the remaining balance.
Once the full amount is paid the product is delivered (for clients in the San Diego, Riverside and Orange County), or shipped for which you will receive a tracking number for you to track the item while on transit.
For our clients outside of the San Diego, Riverside and Orange County, curbside delivery is offered. You must either have a fork-lift or front end loader and a team of 3-5 people to unload, have your door delivered to a business or pick up from your nearest terminal.

Once the proposal has been approved by the customer, a 50% deposit will be necessary prior to preparing the drawings design and sending the start proposes. In Beverly Hills Iron Doors, we have a contract/listing that includes and describe all the items in will have your door, such as Tempered Glass, Locks, Threshold, Inside/Outside Trim, Weather Stripping, Pulls, and Powder Coating. Please check with your representative for details if you have questions about the specifics on your doors.
Customers of Beverly Hills Iron Doors, may propose 3 design changes maximum, until they feel completely satisfied with the final design. If more than 3 design changes are required, there will be a 25usd fee per design change made.
Said designs must then be sent back to Beverly Hills Iron Doors, with signature of authorization, via e-mail or fax, and confirm their receipt with our Sales Representative.
Please note that the turnaround time estimated by Beverly Hills Iron Doors– normally 4-6 weeks – begins as of the delivery of the signed design and payment of the 50% deposit by the customer, will send you samples of paint colors to you to choose the color of your preference. The product will be delivered to the place agreed upon with the customer.
A few weeks into the product’s manufacturing process, the Customer will be able to check on its status with the Sales Representative and a production document showing process pictures will be emailed.
Also note that in Beverly Hills Iron Doors once a design is approved or once a product enters production process, if a change or modification occurs to the order there will be a change order fee of 250 USD, as well as the turnaround time will be increased.
The 50% remaining balance must be paid in full once door is completed, per notification to the Customer.
Once the product is ready to leave the factory, customer will be notified and delivery/crating fees have to be paid prior to delivery to the broker/warehouse. The Sales Representative will provide the customer with a more accurate delivery date once contacted by the carrier.
Doors are shipped upon receive of 100% paid balance. In Beverly Hills Iron Doors, our doors are delivered pre-assembled and ready to be installed.
In Beverly Hills Iron Doors, we fabricate the doors according to your specifications and are not responsible for incorrect information whether it is dimensions, swing side, etc. All doors are not refundable since they are considered custom orders.
